Shouts, insults fly at Rep. Israel’s health care town hall

This is rich!
When shouts about tort reform were drowning out the crowd, Representative Steve Israel said the following:
"You’re saying tort reform now, but if something happens to you, you’ll be the first one to want to take the case to a judge and jury, I don’t believe a member of the United States Congress should decide when you can go to court."
I find it surreal that he may not want to mess the trial lawyers’ cash cow, however… he finds NO PROBLEM with the U.S. Congress deciding WHEN AND WHERE you can go to the doctor!
Rep. Israel represents the Huntington district of New York and is a democrat.
