TOTUS appears at an Elementary School

It looks as if POTUS has a security blanket. TOTUS was hauled out to provide a safety net for a speech to elementary school children.
Does anyone wonder why?

I could not give an important address without notes or a teleprompter. I do believe I could address an elementary school of the cuff. I thought this guy was supposed to be a golden tongued orator. God help us!
