The Real Epidemic… and it is not H1N1
It is a travesty that more money and hype is spent on eradicating "purported “epidemic” disease like as H1N1.
There are other disease processes which pose a greater danger to children. One of these is HIV, though HIV can be treated and managed.
There is another epidemic that proves fatal to children. The epidemic is causes aver 3,000 deaths to babies every day and is preventable!
And your government has decided that you can help pay for both… first, prevention of epidemic disease but the hidden sinister part, your tax dollars pay for abortions!
Abortion is not an agonizing, private, personal choice, it is the selfish extermination of human life in the name of convenience!
May God have mercy on all of us!

The Florida Constitution and National Healthcare
Curiously, there is a little known right guaranteed in the Constitution of the State of Florida. It is here.
ARTICLE I DEFINITION OF RIGHTS, SECTION 23. Right of privacy.–Every natural person has the right to be let alone and free from governmental intrusion into the person’s private life except as otherwise provided herein. This section shall not be construed to limit the public’s right of access to public records and meetings as provided by law.
Reading the plain English, it guarantees me the right from governmental intrusion into my private life. And since the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights in Article X declares… “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
As I reason, Florida’s Constitution supersedes on this point. In light of the above, I have some questions to ask…
How can the government require me to carry health insurance when it is a clear violation of the above?
Why do I have to answer obviously intrusive and private questions every ten years for the U.S. census?
It seems to me that those who are elected to serve the people do not. They either do not understand the positions of service with which they are entrusted, or flagrantly violate that trust.
I would like to know… how one of the Senators from my state, Bill Nelson, could cast a vote in the U.S. Senate that violates the Constitution of the State of Florida. Can anyone answer this?

Hoping the American people win
I was reading the NY Times headlines stories and came across this
Democrats Clinch Deal for Deciding Vote on Health Bill
“The lines are drawn,” said Senator Richard M. Burr, Republican of North Carolina. “He has to get 60 votes. If he doesn’t get 60 votes, the American people win. If he does get them, America’s payback will come in the form of the 2010 elections.”
It sounds like the Times believes that we, the people, are competing against our elected representatives in Washington. It is a sad thing that they are right. The people we elected to pass laws that we want are doing whatever they want, according to an agenda the citizens of this country do not even realize is in play for the most part.
All I can say is I hope they do NOT get the 60 votes required AND America still pays them back in the 2010 elections. In the mean time call, fax, email and write your senators and representatives in Washington. Tell them that THEY WORK FOR US and you resent them working AGAINST US.

AARP sells out seniors for big bucksNovember 9, 2009 Dear The AARP claims to be all about representing the interests of seniors, but when it comes to health care reform, they are selling seniors down the river to line their own pockets. The AARP has endorsed the gargantuan PelosiCare bill that just passed the House, despite the fact the bill proposes more than $400 billion in cuts to Medicare, which is certain to lead to rationing, inferior care and “death panels” for vulnerable senior citizens. Why? As they say, follow the money. PelosiCare will also cut Medicare Advantage by $170 billion. Medicare Advantage allows seniors to purchase private insurance with their Medicare payments, but these cuts will drive many of these seniors into inferior Medigap plans. AARP has a vested interest in seniors being driven out of Medicare Advantage into Medigap plans because AARP makes a fortune in royalty fees from Medigap plans. More than one-half of its $1.1 billion budget comes from such royalty fees, and Medigap plans make up the biggest share of this royalty revenue by far. The more seniors are forced out of Medicare Advantage into Medigap plans, the more money AARP makes. In other words, under PelosiCare, seniors lose but AARP wins – big time. Even the Washington Post noted the conflict of interest on Oct. 27, when it said, “Democratic proposals to slash reimbursements for…Medicare Advantage are widely expected to drive up demand for private Medigap policies like the ones offered by AARP.” TAKE ACTION If you are an AARP member, we urge you to cancel your membership today. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is “Confident” All Americans Will Pay for Abortions
Who are these people in Congress, and especially this woman? For what do Democrats stand? It isn’t morality nor freedom of conscience!
Consider this…
“It was extremely painful for me to feel compelled to vote for a bill that contained that kind of restriction on a woman’s ability to make her own reproductive choices,” Wasserman Schultz said.
What a choice, enslaving Americans or killing unborn babies? It cannot be a moral dilemma because killing and enslaving are immoral! But this is the Deocratic party who cannot vote with conscience… they have none. But this quote is pure hypocrisy!
The worst part of this tyranny is the maximum penalty of 5 years in jail and $250,000 fine for not carrying a $15,000 per year health policy on yourself or your dependents. Of course, if you are an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, you are EXEMPT from the REQUIREMENT AND THE PENALTY! However, U.S. citizens will be compelled to purchase a plan mandated by government fiat, there is no opt-out for conscience, or any other reason.
Medicare is cut by $500 billion… and it is not all from reduction of waste, in fact very little will come from reduction of waste. It will come directly from cuts to how Medicare services are provided you may even be required to see a nurse-practitioner for care, not a doctor. The government will then be a consultant, electronically, on the care of patients.
The money you pay for your “health plan” will be used to fund abortions, including those to full-term! It will also be used to fund community “entities” with no required qualifications, interpreters and awarding grants based on race. You cannot get out for conscience, or even religious purposes.
But don’t let the abortion thing fool you, it is the tool being used to get this tyrannical bill passed. They bought all those so-called “blue dog” Democrats who would have you believe they have a conscience and do not want others to pay for abortion. All the while shackling every working American to a $15,000 tax. Shame, Ms Pelosi, shame Ms. Wasserman-Schultz and shame to everyone who voted aye on enslavement!
Start building jails congress! There you give free room, board, education and healthcare for everyone!

Healthcare… Seniors, Do you think AARP really serves or exploits your interest?
Seniors have been duped into voting for a party that really does not care about them. Oh, they say that they do, but this plan says something completely different. Over $350 billion cost of this new health plan is coming from Medicare “savings.”
The democrats are telling you, these cuts are coming from reducing fraud and waste… that is a sham. If there is fraud and waste in Medicare now, why hasn’t it been eliminated? Do we really need onerous new laws to get rid of it, I think not!
To add insult to injury…. the AARP dumps seniors into a less care for more money plan, too. Oh, they will gladly take their money… but happily endorse massive CUTS to Medicare!
Follow the money: AARP takes in more than half of its $1.1 billion budget in royalty fees from health insurers and other vendors that market services with the organization’s name. Medicare supplementary policies, called “Medigap” plans, are the largest share of this revenue. AARP has an interest in selling more Medigap plans. But there is a competitor on the block, that may provide better coverage at a lower cost. A growing number of seniors are enrolling in a new form of Medicare coverage – Medicare Advantage. With Medicare Advantage they don’t need Medigap.
Medicare Advantage, created in 2003, gives seniors the option of joining private plans that provide better health benefits than traditional Medicare. These private plans compete with each other by offering seniors lower premiums, better prescription coverage, dental and vision care, and more comprehensive coverage for major medical expenses. Almost 11 million of Medicare’s 45-million beneficiaries are in Medicare Advantage.
Oh… did you know… the Democrats, having demonized the insurance companies as greedy profit-mongers, have given a plump treat to those ”greedy insurance companies” – immunity from lawsuits. How sweet is that? And I ask, put on your thinking cap and think really hard about what you may have heard about insurance companies.
Wake up seniors before it is too late… I fear, it may already be! I dare say, wake up Americans! It seems our elected leaders are in the pocket of very large multinational corporations. And are more than willing to provide every advantage to these corporations to the detriment of you, the American citizen.

This email has gone around a few times but it is worth examining again.

WASHINGTON, DC (March 16, 2009) – The leader of the nation’s largest veterans organization says he is “deeply disappointed and concerned” after a meeting with President Obama today to discuss a proposal to force private insurance companies to pay for the treatment of military veterans who have suffered service-connected disabilities and injuries. The Obama administration recently revealed a plan to require private insurance carriers to reimburse the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in such cases.
“It became apparent during our discussion today that the President intends to move forward with this unreasonable plan,” said Commander David K. Rehbein of The American Legion. “He says he is looking to generate $540-million by this method, but refused to hear arguments about the moral and government-avowed obligations that would be compromised by it. …”
I am glad the second block was satire. If he had actually said something that stupid and insensitive he would have to worry that one of the returning veteran war hero snipers his homeland security queen called “domestic terrorists” would have taken him out from a mile away. 
Truthfully, that he would even ask something like this of the people our country sends into harm’s way, to save a measly $540 million, just shows how shallow and ungrateful the man is. It would only take them 16.7 minutes to spend that on something else. I mean, if you want something REALLY SCARY to display on Halloween, print out this page.
Before the election some good friends said they were going to vote for Obama. They are intelligent, responsible people, so I went to his campaign website and looked at what he planned to do. I read for a long time and came away with the question “Who on earth is going to pay for all this???” I watched the campaign coverage and saw that people really believed that he was the messiah.
I wondered who would let themselves be worshiped like that? Could I actually conceive of anybody being such a narcissist? Then I saw the story about how he wanted our soldiers to pay for their own insurance. My son is a soldier, so I know how little they are paid. after paying for their own insurance most of them would qualify for food stamps. (actually, many of them already qualify for food stamps)
Thats when the epiphany kicked in. I understood that this man had an ego the size of Jupiter and truly hated this country and wanted to completely destroy it. The way he would do that would be to fundamentally change the way America works, by destroying the free market, taxing the citizens to death and making everyone dependent on the US government for a handout. To pay for all this he would just print money because he knew he would not be able to sell the US debt for much longer.
Throw in a treaty or two, like the one he will sign in Copenhagen this December, to give away US sovereignty and the US would crumble to ashes and all the third world countries would cheer because they hated our success. Well, maybe cheer for a little bit, until they figure out they are ruled by this one world government they created. With the US destroyed, who is going to support this government? OOPS the rest of the world is going to have to do it. Since we will be a third world country at that point, they will have to pay to support us. And everyone melts into a Marxist nightmare.
